Kerren Lumer-Klabbers est née au Danemark en 1991.
Son premier court-métrage “Sannes Birthday” a remporté le prix du public au festival du film Oregon à
Copenhague en 2012.
En 2014, elle a réalisé le film “Closed Eyes”, un voyage dans l’esprit d’une femme qui essaie de faire face au cancer de son petit ami. Le film a été l’un des trois films nominés au Shnit OPEN 2014 et a été projeté dans de nombreux autres festivals.
Ses courts-métrages “The Elephant” et “A stone Falls Slowly” ont fait le tour des festivals l’année dernière, parmi lesquels Nordisk Panorama et Karlovy Vary IFF.
En juin 2020, Kerren a terminé son diplôme à l’école de cinéma norvégienne de Lillehammer. Son film de fin d’études est actuellement en lice pour l’Oscar des étudiants.

In June 2020 Kerren finished her degree at The Norwegian Film school in Lillehammer. Her
graduation film is currently short listed for student Oscar.
