“Bacata” est le premier nom de Bogota : “la dame des Andes, la montagne qui s’illumine”. C’est aussi le nom d’une tour, la plus haute tour de Colombie, jamais achevée. Depuis le 28è étage, Laura observe cette ville, ses secrets, ses luttes.

“Bacata” is the first name of Bogotá: “the lady of the Andes, the mountain that lights up”. It’s also the name of a tower, the tallest in Colombia, never completed. From the 28th floor, Laura observes the city, its secrets and its struggles.
