Director Story
Paloma López, réalisatrice vénézuélienne, originaire de Caracas, est basée entre Los Angeles et Paris. Paloma poursuit une formation en Film Directing à UCLA TFT et bénéficie de la bourse Ignite pour les cinéastes émergents de l’Institut Sundance. Son dernier film Girls & The Party a été sélectionné aux festivals BFI Future et Outfest en 2021. Elle développe actuellement son prochain court-métrage produit par Offshore sur l’immigration et les grenouilles.
I am Paloma Lopez, Venezuelan director, originally from Caracas and based between Los Angeles and Paris. I am pursuing a Film Directing training at UCLA TFT and I am a recipient of the Ignite Fellowship for Emerging Filmmakers from the Sundance Institute. My last film Girls & The Party was selected for the BFI and Outfest festivals in 2021. I am currently developing my next short produced by Offshore on immigration and frogs.
