Director Story

Selin est née et a grandi en Turquie. En 2010, elle arrive en France pour y étudier la psychologie. Elle travaille comme psychologue avec des personnes en situation d’exil et des jeunes placés. En parallèle, autodidacte, elle rejoint en 2019 la résidence d’écriture La Ruche Gindou Cinéma grâce à laquelle elle développe son premier scénario « Adieu Tortue ».

Selin was born and raised in Turkey. In 2010, she arrived in France and studied psychology. She works as a psychologist with people in exile and youngsters in foster care.
In parallel, auto-didact, she joined in 2019 the writing residency La Ruche Gindou Cinéma thanks to which she developed her first screenplay “Bye Bye Turtle”.
